RESURRECTION ERTU-GALETTE

 Are you sick of Resurrection Ertugral yet? We're not! We've conquered the crusaders and have now moved on to the Mongols, and so we start with this Mongolian Galette:


Buckwheat fermented galette dough, artichokes, no mercy hot peppers, cheese, and of course, Mongolian cumin-leek sauce!


albacore tuna carpaccio with olive oil, blood orange, and balsamic drizzle with a mystery yellow splash





passion fruit, lime, and fresno chile margaritas









turmeric quinoa topped with pickled okra, tofu scramble, and kale and golden cherry tomato salad







blood orange rosemary margarita





baby mustard green and tomato salad with shaved parmesan and black pepper






cabbage pancakes with melted cheddar and kale salad on top of cashew ancho chili and garlic crema





with lemony crispy skin salmon







blended passion fruit puree and gin



roasted romanesco, melted gruyere, and tomato coulis (with lamb sausage)




And we end with chocolate tasting of the month-what a joy!
My favorite is the small one-I guess it's true that great things come in small packages
(or maybe I'm biased)!
