A HISTORIC DAY!

The chef returned to work! But don't panic...it was only for a goodbye party for his colleague...so only one xtra night of cheesy broccoli, oh yeah. Pick of the week: Roasted corn and garlic cold soup with miso lime broth-roasted bell peppers, poblano garlic and tomatillo salsa-cilantro and Fresno pepper garnish.  Tata's female doppelganger's daughter visits! Truffle Burrata OMG! Watermelon-lemon-lime-mint-orange liqueur and tequila margarita! Hallelujah!
