THE THING ABOUT PAMCAKES!

Whoa-is that really Rene Zellweger in "The thing about Pam?" They gave her a serious makeover to play this despicable stranger than fiction character, and she does it so well. The thing about pancakes is they aren't always what they seem-sweet? savory? sweet and savory?...this week we have:

A giant savory leek, garlic, and spinach pancake

Meyer lemon elderflower liqueur reposado tequila and whiskey

with marinated eggplant, tzatziki, and Serrano-tahini lemon sauce

Muddled basil with lemon and lime juice orange liqueur, white rum and tequila. 

Basil serrano and lemon olive oil sauce, charred golden beets and young garlic, tuscan kale heirloom tomato sherry vinegar salad, aged balsamic drizzle, feta or crispy skin salmon

Caramelized pan-roasted carrots and leeks, tuscan kale salad, feta sprinkles

Tomato leek cauliroto with coconut milk, roasted tuscan kale, fresh basil and splash of lime, cheese for me and roasted barramundi for the chef

    Just an aside, aren't these cups of orange slices by Angelina fancy?
